Yeah, yeah ... I know I know. I'm supposed to be posting here more often, I get it.
In any case I did a training session on Tuesday and Thursday in the school weight room.
20 H2H kb swings
20 kb cleans
20 kb clean and presses
20 kb snatches
15 push ups
15 bw squats
All three days I got either a walk done outside or a walk done at the pool.
The pool walks ... man. Sweet.
