I did my usual morning - darn early.
I ate this:
breakfast: banana, coffe to drink
Lunch: banana bread, coffee
Dinner: soup, water to drink.
I did get a workout in, too. I was really sore, man. But I got a run in - a 5k run in about 27 minutes. I stretched, too. I also played with some applications on the Macbook and made some cool stuff, like this fotobabble.com thing.
