Yeah, this was a weird week, just weird all told. A lot of Almost all three rings closed, but not complete closings. Whatever, I had a day “off”, getting to the hippy doctor for my hip … XD and a day of complete Paw patrol. Balance … always balance.
I’m writing this on my “new to me” iPad9 with an external keyboard, Which was a real win. There are all kids of improvements happening thanks to the AI agent. It’s all good. Even a new Apple Watch Series 9. Nice upgrade from the Apple Watch 3 I had been using for the last few months. It was a bit of a show getting and getting it working but in the end, it worked out and I’m seeing a bunch of new data that wasn’t being shared, as the old watch was just that way.
Hit the stretching session every day, but really missing the evening swims still. I really do need to get back to those swims. Shrug I’m not sure my father would have taken into consideration the dog when going out in the evenings, but whatever.
Morning sessions as follows:
8-10 minutes 90/90 stretches, WGS, thread the needle, cat/cow stretch, cobra to downward dog stretch and push ups.
8-10 minutes of abs - swimmers kicks, putting on socks stretch and hip bridges. Ab hollow holds, push ups.
Some days that was it, other days was able to add banded bicep curls, banded overhead presses. Hip CARS and general good stuff for everything.
