I let a week get away from me there … not really, but we will just go with that one. I’ve been keeping a decent schedule here, doing the morning session almost every day in the morning, only occasionally need to get it done later in the day. I just keep wanting to get my evenings back, I will get them back, just not yet. Exhaustion and a young puppy are keeping me in the house, with a garage full of objects in the way.
I do have a plan, just nothing I would want on the internet just yet, thanks.
Morning sessions are as follows:
8-10 minutes just plan mobility - baby pose, thread the needle, push ups, cat/cow, WGS and others as recalled.
8-10 minutes of hips - putting socks on stretch, swimmers kicks, thigh pull ins, clamshell and single leg lifts, hip thrusts. Push ups, too.
8-10 minutes hip cars and squats, push ups.
Depending on the day, that last 10 minutes were cut off as I had to be a husband or keep a dog from regicide or other crimes against humanity. Also poop duty.
