Wed June 1

Good day, doing this late, as I just noticed that I had not clicked on Publish now ... and instead deleted the post.

Ugh.

I ate this:

Breakfast: oatmeal, banana, coffee to drink

Lunch: salad and tuna, hummus and veggies. Water to drink.

Dinner: roast beef with veggies. Water to drink.

Went for a 5k run tonight. Felt good, used the iPhone with the Nike+ app. Worked pretty well.
