whoa, that was a long day.
Ate this:
Breakfast tim horton's belt with a coffee
snack: water
lunch: nothing
snack: small bag of Mrs Vikie's salt and vingegar chips
Dinner: small section of lasagna, water to drink.
After workout recovery: beer and watching Hangover2 online with my wife.
S'all good, got this done five rounds:
30-45 seconds of battling ropes
20 two handed KB swings
10 KB cleans each side
10 KB rows each side
80 feet farmers walks with 50 lb each side
20 BW squats
30 push ups
That was good. Then got home, set up the laptop to watch the movie with my wife. We're good.
