Friday Feb 10




Ok today was another up and down one. I did get into work for an early shift, so my boss was not happy with me. Man, I hate it when I'm stupid.

I did this workout, then went off for an hour of wrestling

20 rh KB swings
20 lh KB swings
20 two handed KB swings
30 seconds of mountain climbers
20 KB snatches
20 seated knee tucks

ate this:

Breakfast: smoothie

Lunch: eggs and roast beef

Snack: peppers, carrots and almonds with coffee to drink

Dinner: rice with a beef stir fry carrots and broccoli over top. Delicious.
