The rest of it, well .... I could be doing better.
Anyway, got this done for four rounds before having to get going to work:
10 barbell deadlifts - 150 lbs ?
20 kb two handed swings (40 lb bell used throughout)
10 kb floor press ups (see pic below) with 2 30 lb bells
20 feet up push ups
15 hanging knee tucks
10 bw squats
