Wednesday I did this for three rounds before getting off to work:
20 th swings
20 feet up ush ups
10 hanging knee tucks
After work, I chased ghouls and whatnot off of my property with candy after chasing my own kids to the neighbours to scare them.
Thursday and Friday were both off days - just too sore and exhausted. Slept both days instead of training. Seriously .... tired.
