Wednesday was not a good day.
Just felt like death the entire day, until after dinner and got the kids to bed. Eventually, I got a 35 pool walk done later on in the night. So I at least got that done.
Thursday was a much better day.
I got this done for 11 rounds. That was not a typo
1:55 on the elliptical
1:55 kettlebell lifts, usually swings and 10 clean and presses per round
At the end, did about 5-7 minutes on the elliptical as a warm down and to extend the sweating a little. This was a 52-minute session.
That was also not a typo.
442 kcals, too. Eesh.
