I had a nice bath on Wednesday and soaked the "thingys" off of the scar on my belly. We were free balling, so to speak. It was weird, man. But another step on the road to healing.
Swelling went down both days, and I did both a 1.something k walk in the afternoon and a 2k walk later on in the evening.
Saw my best training partner, Orion in the sky Thursday night, too.
