Friday was a make up day. Ihad to make up for missing rugby. This was done for four rounds.

10 kb cleans
10 kb rows 50 lb bell used throughout
20 feet up push ups
20 seated knee tucks
10 bench flies- 40 then 50 lb dbs used
10 standing bar curls

Saturday was a wash again - I did get a fair workout chasing my son around at rugby. At least I was sweaty by the end of his 45 min run around. He slept well and I got to watch UFC.
Every time I see that stuff, I want to get back to it. Meh, it'll come if it comes.
