Today was a two a day - I got stuck and I'm catching up with my posts.
In any case, I got this done four rounds before having to get off to work. Diet is improving, and we'll have a family meeting about this this weekend.
First workout:
20 two handed kb swings (50 lb bell used throughout)
10 kb cleans (each side)
10 squat stand ball throws
20 feet up push ups
10 bench flies
20 seated knee tucks
After that, went off to work and got stuff done. Then, got home, got to be a dad and then went off to an hour of rugby.
Lots of sprints, some contact. Would have liked to have gone to a League training session, but snow was coming, so I stayed home.
