Wednesday ... I was sore. Really sore. I stretched and took it easy.
Thursday was rugby. Lots of positional play worked on - I can see the errors while watching. I did play a fair amount, but not enough to justify the apres rugby. Meh, whatevs.
I did notice that I am working on a lot of stuff while there, though. I had conversations about my training, Super15 rugby and learning about both on Youtube. I also picked up a lot of information about the 2013 rugby season, too.
