This was a long day.
In any case, I got through it.
Breakfast: smoothie, coffee
Snack: water
Lunch: an event at work: pizza, meatballs, tuna wraps, with hummus and vegetables. Water to drink.
Dinner: Lasagna
After Lunch I did this for five rounds:
20 two handed swings
20 push ups
10 one arm rows 30 lbs
20 seated knee tucks
15 bench flies 30 lbs
After that, had to be a dad. After everyone was in bed, did a 5.5k run.
