This is late ... because I was occupied yesterday. I don't mean Occupied, I mean just plain old fashioned busy.
I got two extra shifts yesterday - people were away at work and I have extra stuff to do regardless. Meh, life goes on, man.
I ate ok:
Breakfast: smoothie: frozen fruit and milk in a blender, coffee to drink
Snack: tea
Lunch: tuna on salad, water to drink. Almonds for dessert
Dinner: hummus on crackers with green pepper to start. Small bowl of pasta and tuna. Water to drink.
No workout, as I was really stupidly busy. Stupid busy, Stupid.
