Ah, man. The Blue Meanines are at it again. Kids are fighting, wife is upset. Money is tight and tomorrow is Monday. I got a run in, at least. I also got to set some goals for the week: workout at least twice this week with arun as often as I can - five runs or better.
Should be easy.
I ate this:
Breakfast: pancakes, maple syrop and coffee
Snack water
Lunch: tuna on bread with veggies. Water to drink
Dinner: pan fried steak with home made chilli after. Onion, corn, mushrooms and tomato in a pot with ground beef. Awesome. Water to drink.
