I'm blogging on my iPhone at the moment ... and the battery just gave me the 20% warning. Drag.
As I have mentioned before, my MacBook is like another hand; missing it working is like missing my left hand.
Ate ok today
Smoothies for breakfast
Coffee for snack with almonds
Lunch was tuna on salad, almonds with water to drink
Dinner was a lot : crackers, hummus, two slices of pizza with water to drink.
... and no workout today, as I had meetings and a second shift take my training time away from me.
