Again, all days in this post, got onto the stretching mats and took fifteen minutes to help out shoulders, back and legs feel better.
Spoke to my significant other about going back to walking or running as a part of my training as my legs and back feel so much better.
Monday got this done four rounds
20 kb swings
20 cleans and presses
20 kb snatches
20 step ups
15 bw squats
15 push ups
after that did double kb cleans and presses for three rounds; 13, 14, 13.
Made it to about 35 minutes

Wednesday was a walk in the pool after a long day being dad
