Friday, I got this done for four rounds before getting myself to work:
20 kb swings (50 lb bell used)
10 Kb cleans
6-8 kb snatches
20 feet up push ups
20 seated knee tucks
Still a little stiff all over from doing a lot of stuff these days.
Later in the evening, packed my van full of stuff to take away
Saturday, I drove to my father inlaw's house and unpacked it all. Storage, waaaay in the back storage.
It was a cool day, but I just had to keep active.
