Monday and Tuesday Feb 12
The picture pretty much sums it all up. It started early and just kept going.
Ugh ... I got a late night run in, as every other time during the day was taken.
Tuesday, almost the same thing, but with more lifting. I got this done four rounds before being ushered off of the property:
20 kb two handed swings 50 lb bell used throughout
10 Kb cleans
5 kb snatches 40 lb bell used .... w/e
20 feet up push ups
8-10 deadlifts - 8 x 100, 8 x 150 .....
10 kb rows
20 seated knee tucks
10 bench flies - 40 lbs db used
I got that done and then had too much of a good breakfast. Eggs and meat balls with tomato and red pepper. I mean it was good, but I shouldn't have had that much. Meh ... tomorrow will be better.
