Tuesday Wed and Thursday Feb 21

Tuesday was a wash. I called in sick and just lay on my bed for most of the day.

Massage might have been nice, but no. Workout below.

Wednesday was better with a workout for four rounds:

20 Kb swings 50 bell used
10 kb cleans
10 kb rows
8-10 barbell curls. Just 'cuz.
20 feet up push ups
20 seated knee tucks
10 bench flies -40 lb db's used

Thursday was to have been a rugby day - but my kid was in the ER waiting room during rugby time.

Meh. Kid is ok - everyone is just pissed off. So it goes.
