Sat and Sun Marh 31 and April 1

Saturday, got a chance to get this done five rounds:

20 KB swings
20 kb snatches
20 push ups
20 hanging knee tucks

Lots of healthy stuff to eat. Checked weight, too. I'm at 213.

Sunday, ate like crap, and no training, either. Lots of stuff with the kids and work.
