I will confess that I was sore today - legs were just a ball of pulled muscles, man.

I did this for three rounds before having to go be a father:

20 kb two handed swing and releases (50 lb bell used)
10 Kb cleans
10 kb snatches
20 feet up push ups
15 bench flies
10 hanging knee tucks
