Friday June 3

hmm ... can't understand what's happening.

Friday, ate this:

Breakfast: fruit and coffee

Lunch - tuna, no salad. Prunes and dates. Carrots and hummus, water to drink

Dinner: Burger, lots of veggies, salad. Beer to drink

I did get a short workout in, low volume, low intensity. Lots of mobility and stretching, as tomorrow is a rugby day.
