Sunday March 11

Felt good after today. Ate this

Breakfast was eggs and fruit with coffee

Lunch was chicken soup with water to drink

Dinner was salmon and vegetables with even more water to drink

Did a 7.5 km run at the end of the day


  1. 7.5 is a good run, and yesterday was a good day to do it.

  2. It was a little chilly by the time I got it done, but I wasn't in full winter gear, so it was a nice change of pace...
