Man, got the exact smake workout done as Friday night:

20 H2H swings
20 kb cleans
20 kb clean and presses
20 Kb snatches
20 push ups
20 bw squats
20 step ups
20 bicep curls

All was good.

Later on, got a walk in the pool done, too.
