Like I needed that pointed out to me again.
I got my boxing session done, and I got it done well. At the end I measured my HR at it was up at about 160 bpm. Not bad.
In any case, got this done for ten rounds before having to go and be a grown up:
2 minutes hitting the heavy bag
1:30 kettlebell swings, cleans, snatches etc.
