Today was ok; I had to get to work early, but I got a full run in before work. I just had to be organized. A full morning run for me is 4 km, by the way. At least for now; I plan on onceeasing that over the next while.
Ate this today:
Breakfast was a belt, again coffee to drink
Lunch was later than usual, but runa on salad with almonds and prunes ro eat. Water to drink.
Dinner was two slices of pizza. Water to drink
I'm getting this done a little early tonight, but. Planning on doing some stretching after my kids are asleep.
By the way, I dis this post wih the Blogger app in the iPad, just to say I did it.
