Ah, Wednesday, you jerk.
No morning workout, as I had to get into work early. Again. Meh, w/e. No afternoon workout, as I had to work late, too. No evening workout as I had my children then had to go to night school.
I ate ok, though:
Snack: muffin, more coffee
Lunch: water and salad with tuna. Almonds and prunes. More water
Dinner: chicken breast with salad. Water.
I'm going to bed. Too much right now.
