Man, it was pleasant being off, but with a lot of issues around, I'm just trying to spend my day out of the way. I went for two runs today: total of 9.3k.
I ate this:
Breakfast - bacon, veggie and egg wraps with coffee and water. Awesome post run meal.
Lunch Grilled cheese sandwich my wife prepared
Dinner was roast beef with rice and carrots that I prepared. With water to drink. After had a green tea.
Then I went for my rather chilly second run of the day.
