I mush prefer days with a specific pattern; Saturdays are not following a pattern of late, and the weather today didn't help.
I went on two runs today, total distance was 10 kms. Not bad. I wish I could find a place to get on the mats. I did get a message from a buddy who's fighting March 16 in Hamilton. Going to help him out this week coming up.
Breakfast: eggs and roast beef coffee and water to drink.
Snack: almonds and coffee
Lunch: roast beef and peppers
Dinner: pasta, vegetables and water to drink.
Right. Off to bed. It's getting late.
