Sat jan 7

So this is being blogged from the iPad, so it will be brief, im sorry to say.

Two runs today, if only because I didnt get two done yesterday and I wanted to proove something to myself. Added together, the runs were just over 10k

Ate this:

Brunch post run 1
Roast beef wraps with salad and coffee

Snack coffee with milk

Dinner rice, ham and veggies. Water and tea to drink

I dunno - its late and im struggling to get this post completed. Checked weight after my first run 234
